AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking any service with Paloma Feijoo, you agree to these terms. Please read them before booking.

SERVICES PROVIDED

I offer the following online image consulting services:

UNFOLD—your style potential: 90-minute wardrobe styling session where I provide personalised outfit combinations and styling advice.

UNLOCK—your style identity: Five 1-hour image coaching sessions over 5-8 weeks, exploring your relationship with your image and style.

UNVEIL—your signature style: Four 90-minute comprehensive style analysis sessions. The fourth (final) session is scheduled 7-10 business days after your third session to allow time for magazine creation. During the fourth session, I will deliver and present your custom style magazine, explain the contents, and guide you on how to use it.

All sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet).

FREE RESOURCES

I offer a digital guide, UNLEARN—your style rules, available for download in exchange for your email address.

What you receive: A PDF guide exploring five fundamental style rules worth questioning, including practical challenges to help you develop your personal style.

Intellectual property: The guide remains my intellectual property. By downloading, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal reference only.

You may not:

Reproduce or distribute the guide to others

Share your download link

Use content for commercial purposes

Claim the work as your own

Email communications: When you download UNLEARN, you are added to my email list and will receive:

Immediate delivery of your guide

A follow-up email sequence with style insights

Occasional emails about my services, style guidance, and updates

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Services are booked through my website and scheduling system (Google Calendar). Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session time.

I accept payment via Squarespace through Stripe and PayPal.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

I want you to feel confident booking while protecting the preparation time I invest in your personalised service.

Refunds

When services become non-refundable:

UNFOLD: Once your session begins, the service becomes non-refundable. You can cancel with a full refund at any time before your scheduled session.

UNLOCK: Once you submit your initial photo OR attend your first session (whichever comes first), the package becomes non-refundable. You can cancel with a full refund at any time before these points.

UNVEIL: Once you submit your photos OR questionnaire OR attend your first session (whichever comes first), the package becomes non-refundable. You can cancel with a full refund at any time before these points.

Rescheduling Individual Sessions

Once a session is scheduled, rescheduling requires notice as follows:

72+ hours before the session: Reschedule at no charge (one complimentary reschedule per booking)

48-72 hours before the session: Reschedule available with a €50 rescheduling fee

24-48 hours before the session: Session fee forfeited, but you may reschedule for 50% of the original session fee

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Session fee forfeited entirely

For multi-session packages (UNLOCK and UNVEIL), this policy applies to each individual session within the package.

COMPLETION TIMEFRAMES

Multi-session packages should be completed within 90 days of your first session for best results and service continuity. Sessions not completed within this timeframe are forfeited with no refund.

Exceptions may be made in cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances. Contact me at paloma@palomafeijoo.com if you need an extension.

EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES

If you experience a genuine emergency (such as a serious illness, family crisis, or other extraordinary circumstances), please contact me immediately at paloma@palomafeijoo.com. I will work with you to find a fair solution on a case-by-case basis.

IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, I will:

Notify you as soon as possible

Offer to reschedule at your earliest convenience

Provide a full refund if rescheduling doesn’t work for you

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By booking, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact information and photos as requested

Submit required materials (photos/questionnaires/exercises) within specified time frames

Arrive on time for scheduled sessions with a reliable internet connection

Complete multi-session packages within 90 days of the first session

Participate honestly and respectfully during sessions

PHOTO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Submitting your materials on time is essential for me to prepare your session properly:

UNFOLD: No materials required before your session

UNLOCK: Photos must be submitted at least 48 hours before each session

UNVEIL: Photos must be submitted at least 5 days before each session

If you submit your materials late: Your session will need to be rescheduled, and the standard rescheduling policy applies (see Cancellation and Refund Policy above). If you reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice due to late submission, rescheduling fees apply.

If you do not submit your materials at all: Your session will be cancelled and treated as a no-show. No refund will be provided.
You are responsible for ensuring materials are submitted on time and in the correct format. If you need help or have questions about submission, contact me at paloma@palomafeijoo.com.

PHOTO USAGE RIGHTS

By submitting photos for any service, you grant me permission to:

For UNFOLD:

View any photos you choose to share during our session for styling context

For UNLOCK:

Use your submitted photos to create personalised exercises, worksheets, or in-session materials

Reference your photos during sessions to support our identity and style work

For UNVEIL:

Use your submitted photos to create your personalised style magazine

Crop, apply filters, adjust colours, or edit your photos as needed to ensure visual cohesion and professional presentation of your magazine

Include edited versions of your photos in your style magazine deliverable

These edits are made solely to enhance the visual presentation of your magazine. They do not alter the accuracy of your style analysis.

You retain copyright of your original photos. I will not:

Share your photos publicly without your explicit written consent

Use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit written consent

Share your photos with third parties (except as necessary for service delivery, such as uploading to Canva for design purposes)

If you do not want your photos edited, please inform me before submitting them. However, this may affect the visual cohesion of your final magazine.

SESSION CONDUCT

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect my schedule and other clients.

I reserve the right to end a session if you are abusive, intoxicated, or behaving inappropriately. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Recording of sessions is not permitted without express written consent.

Technical Issues:

If technical difficulties (internet outage, platform failure, etc.) interrupt a session:

We will attempt to reconnect and continue
If the session cannot be completed, we will reschedule the remaining time at no additional charge
You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection
I am not responsible for technical issues on your end, but I will work with you to find a solution

DELIVERABLES

UNFOLD: Personalised styling advice provided during the session. No separate deliverable document.

UNLOCK: This is an image coaching service with no physical deliverables. Guidance and frameworks are provided during sessions.

UNVEIL: Comprehensive digital style magazine delivered and presented during your fourth (final) session, which is scheduled 7-10 business days after your third session.

All deliverables are provided in digital format only. No physical copies will be mailed.

Deliverables are sent via email in digital format (PDF). You are responsible for downloading and storing your materials.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided (colour palettes, style magazines, reports, session content, frameworks, and worksheets) remain my intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal styling purposes only.

You may not:

Reproduce or distribute materials to others

Use materials for commercial purposes

Claim materials as your own work

Share access to materials with others

Post materials publicly (including on social media) without my explicit written consent

Your photos: You retain copyright of your original photos. I retain copyright of any edited versions created for your deliverables.

Your style magazine (UNVEIL): The magazine layout, design, and overall presentation are my intellectual property. The edited photos within the magazine are my creative work. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute the magazine without my explicit written consent.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information and photos are used solely to provide your booked service. I do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver services (e.g., file hosting for deliverables, payment processing).

Use of Third-Party Design Tools

To create your personalised deliverables (colour palettes, reports, style magazines), I use Canva, a design platform. This means:

Photos you submit may be temporarily uploaded to Canva for the purpose of creating your materials

Canva processes these images according to their Privacy Policy

Your photos are used solely to create your deliverables and are not used for any other purpose

Once your deliverables are complete and delivered to you, your photos are deleted from Canva within 7 days

By booking services that require photo submission, you consent to the use of Canva for creating your personalised materials.

Photos you submit are deleted from Canva within 7 days of delivery and from secure backup storage within 30 days. If you’d like your photos deleted immediately after delivery, please email me at paloma@palomafeijoo.com.

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

By booking services, you expressly request that I begin work immediately (before the 14-day cooling-off period expires). Services begin when you submit your materials or attend your first session, whichever comes first.

You acknowledge that once services begin, you waive your right to cancel under this directive.

This is necessary because:

Services are personalised and time-sensitive

Preparation work begins when I receive your materials

Session time is reserved exclusively for you

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Services are provided for personal styling guidance based on 18 years of fashion industry experience. However, style advice is subjective, and results may vary.

I am not responsible for:

Your satisfaction with style choices you make based on guidance provided

How others respond to your style choices

Shopping decisions you make independently

Any outcomes beyond the scope of sessions and deliverables

My services do not include personal shopping, wardrobe clearouts, or ongoing styling support beyond the booked sessions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from services provided.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you do not agree with changes, do not book additional services.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in Portuguese courts.
